your content

• by dumping, you give us the right to store and display it
• anyone can see your pastes
• we can delete your stuff if it breaks the rules
• we're not responsible for your content

our service

• might work, might not
• no guarantees of availability
• pastes might disappear
• we can change or kill the service anytime
• its free, you get what you pay for

liability

this is provided "as is". no warranties. if crapboard ruins your life, thats on you.

repeat infringers

if you keep posting copyrighted stuff after warnings, we'll block you. three strikes and you're out.

how dives work

dives are random. we dont curate, recommend, or endorse any content. we're not responsible for what you find.

we dont care who you are.

what we collect

• your paste content
• a hash of your IP address
• cloudflare security cookies
• thats it

what we dont collect

• your name
• your email
• your location (beyond what cloudflare sees)
• tracking cookies
• analytics (we dont care how you use this)

how long we keep stuff

• pastes: forever
• ip hashes: forever
• everything else: forever
• unless its illegal, then we delete it

sharing your data

we dont sell your personal info to third parties. we might share data with:
• cloudflare (they run our infrastructure)
• law enforcement (if legally required and valid)

your pastes are public

everything you dump is public. anyone can dive and get it.

gdpr & ccpa rights

you have rights. email us if you want to:
• know what data we have on you (spoiler: not much)
• delete your data
• export your data
• complain about our data handling

if we get hacked, we'll post a notice on the site.

cloudflare sets security cookies to prevent spam. these are required for the site to work.

what to include

your dmca notice needs:
• identification of the copyrighted work
• copy of the infringing content (or enough to identify it)
• your contact info (email, name, address)
• a statement that you have a good faith belief the use is unauthorized
• a statement that the info is accurate and you're authorized to act
• your physical or electronic signature

counter-notice

think we removed your paste wrongly? send a counter-notice with:
• identification of removed content
• statement under penalty of perjury that removal was a mistake
• your name, address, and consent to jurisdiction
• your signature

send counter-notices to the same email.

false claims

filing false dmca claims is perjury. dont be that person.

section 512 safe harbor

we're a service provider under dmca section 512. we dont monitor content proactively but will respond to valid notices.
